Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms apply when you use the Pinterior app or this website. By using Pinterior you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Pinterior does

Pinterior restyles interiors from photographs. You submit a photo of a room and choose a style; the service returns a photorealistic image of that room redesigned in the chosen style, keeping the room's architecture and the original camera viewpoint.

That is the whole service. Pinterior does not produce measurements, floor plans, technical drawings or shopping lists, and it does not order anything on your behalf.

3. Who can use it

Pinterior is intended for people aged 13 and over. No account is required and none is created — you install the app and use it.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store, and the following applies to them:

• payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase;
• subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period;
• your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown for the next period;
• you can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription;
• refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies, not by us;
• if a price changes, the new price applies only after the notice Apple requires, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Pinterior only for lawful purposes. In particular:

• submit only photographs you took yourself or have permission to use;
• do not submit content that is illegal, or that depicts people in a way they have not consented to;
• do not attempt to generate content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual in nature, or intended to harm or deceive someone;
• do not access the service through automated means, scrape it, resell access to it, or work around usage limits and technical restrictions;
• do not attempt to interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may block access that breaches these rules or that threatens the stability of the service.

6. Your content and what you own

Your photographs remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process a photograph, and to pass it to our AI provider for processing, solely for the purpose of producing the redesign you asked for and only for the duration of that request. We do not retain your photographs and we do not use them for anything else.

The images Pinterior generates for you are yours to use, including commercially. You are responsible for making sure that whatever you do with them respects other people's rights.

7. AI-generated content

Results are produced by an AI model and are experimental by nature. We do not guarantee that any particular result will be accurate, consistent, buildable, or to your taste. Generated images may contain visual errors and may propose arrangements that are impractical or impossible to construct.

A Pinterior image is a visual reference, not a construction document and not architectural, structural or safety advice. Before acting on a design — building, demolishing, wiring, or ordering materials — consult a qualified professional.

8. Our intellectual property

The Pinterior app, this website, the name and branding, the curated set of styles and the prompts behind them remain our property. These terms do not grant you any rights to them beyond using the service as intended.

9. Service availability

We do not guarantee any level of uptime. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, may be changed, and features may be added or removed without notice. Processing depends on third-party providers whose availability is outside our control.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Pinterior is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for lost profits, or for any decision you make on the basis of a generated image. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Ending your use

You may stop using Pinterior at any time by deleting the app; because there is no account, nothing else needs to be closed. Remember to cancel any active subscription separately in your Apple ID settings. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms, for abuse of the service, or where the law requires it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last changed. Continuing to use Pinterior after an update means you accept the revised terms.

13. App Store terms

Pinterior is distributed through the Apple App Store, and Apple's own terms and the Licensed Application End User License Agreement also apply to your use of the app. Apple is not a party to these terms, is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
