Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to the information you send us when you use the Pinterior app or this website. Using Pinterior means you accept the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect personal information. Specifically, we do not ask for and do not receive:

• your name, email address or phone number;
• a user ID, username or password — there is no Pinterior account;
• advertising identifiers or tracking identifiers;
• your contacts, location or photo library.

There is no sign-in of any kind in Pinterior, and no user profile exists on our side to attach data to.

2. Your photos

When you ask for a redesign, the photo you selected is sent from your device to our service and passed on to a third-party AI provider, which generates the restyled image. The result comes back to your device as an image.

We do not keep the photo you sent and we do not keep the image that comes back. Neither is added to any library, gallery or training set of ours.

The generated image is briefly available at a temporary link on the AI provider's storage, which is how it reaches your device. The app downloads it immediately; after that, the only lasting copy is the one saved on your device.

The AI provider processes your photo on our behalf, under its own terms and privacy practices, for the purpose of generating your image.

3. The contact form

If you write to us through the contact form, the email address and the message you typed are delivered to our internal team chat. We use them only to read your message and reply to it. Nothing else is attached to that message — we do not know which device or which redesigns it came from.

Using the contact form is entirely optional and is not needed to use the app.

4. Purchases

Any subscription or purchase is handled by Apple through the App Store. Your payment details never reach us: we do not see or store card numbers, billing addresses or Apple ID information. What we receive is an anonymous indication of whether an active subscription exists, which is not linked to your identity.

5. Technical data

Our service keeps short operational logs of requests: the time a request arrived, how long it took, the size category of the image and any error code. These logs exist to keep the service working and to diagnose failures. They do not contain the contents of your images and they do not contain any identifier that points back to you.

6. Third-party services

• An AI provider — receives the photo you submit in order to generate the redesign, and briefly holds the generated image.
• Apple — handles the App Store and any subscription payments.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for advertising, analytics or profiling. There are no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the app.

7. Children's privacy

Pinterior is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Since we do not collect personal information from anyone, there is no children's data held on our side.

8. Your rights and choices

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to request access to, correct, export or delete. Concretely:

• deleting the app removes your photos and redesigns, because they are stored only on your device;
• subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your Apple ID settings, not by us;
• if you have written to us through the contact form and would like that message removed from our team chat, say so through the form and we will delete it.

9. Security

All traffic between the app, our service and the AI provider is encrypted in transit. The most effective protection, however, is that we keep almost nothing: data that is never stored cannot be exposed.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date at the top. Because we have no email address for you, this page is the only place we can announce changes — please check back occasionally. Continuing to use Pinterior after an update means you accept the revised policy.
